BRIEF
Modernize the brand identity to convey the authority, innovation, and quality of its high-level executive events. The existing brand lacks the refinement and strategic coherence expected by an executive-level audience.
Simplified the color palette for each event’s identity to better unify the full event catalog. Replaced outdated textures and redundant layering with a cleaner system, and introduced speech bubbles as a relevant brand element, supporting the idea of dialogue and thought leadership.
APPROACH
A refreshed brand identity that utilizes layout clarity, visual hierarchy, and typographic emphasis to elevate the brand’s overall presentation and reflects the caliber of future-focused leaders at our executive summits. Rolled out across digital, print, and event materials, the new system elevates the brand experience and aligns with the company's mission and vision.
RESULT



Executive Platforms Inc. produces and executes over 15 annual high-level corporate summits across the United States for industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, HR, biomanufacturing, and more. These invite-only events bring together senior-level executives for peer-to-peer learning, networking, and the sharing of best practices. In 2024, Executive Platforms expanded its offerings by merging with Board.org, enabling year-round online communities for business leaders.




THE CHALLENGE
& SOLUTION
The company hosts high-level summits for global executives and industry leaders, but its outdated brand identity no longer reflected the quality or ambition of these events.
To realign the brand with its forward-thinking audience, I led a full refresh — beginning with an audit of existing materials and culminating in an elevated design system. Rolled out across all touchpoints, from signage to sales materials, the new identity brought clarity, consistency, and a more professional presence to every interaction.

SCOPE OF ROLE

In my role as a graphic designer, I managed a diverse range of design projects including managing event signage (both print and digital), sales materials such as media kits, one-pagers, and sales decks, as well as marketing collateral like social media campaigns, reports, newsletters, blogs, and one-offs such as VIP dinners. I also handled internal design requests, including sharable speaker graphics and custom sponsor graphics. Additionally, I managed an outsourced designer and collaborated closely with the Operations, Production, Sponsorship, and Delegate Sales teams to ensure all materials were aligned with the brand and supported business objectives.
