BRIEF

Identify a thesis problem and develop a solution through a Primary Deliverable, Secondary Deliverable and Full Editorial Process Book documenting the project at whole.

This thesis encourages young adults to reject the desire for instant gratification and reconnect with 'patient' forms of media & entertainment.

APPROACH

This objective is achieved through the development of a subscription service that offers members a limited series of three items: 1 record, 1 book and 1 film per month all surrounding a particular theme. In the digital age of "doomscrolling", limiting one's options allows one to slow down and consume media and entertainment more consciously.

RESULT

PROCESS BOOK

A 121-page journey chronicling over 366 hours of thesis development, from initial research to the creation of logo sketches, typography exploration, dieline and maquette testing, culminating in the establishment of full brand guidelines and a presentation of the final solution. The document serves as a testament to the dedication and creativity essential to the development of this thesis, providing insights into the decision-making processes from start to finish.
